Petaluma, CA 6.2%. The original "West Coast IPA" A beautiful amber hue, citrus hop aroma, and a full-bodied malt character. A very approachable IPA.
Portland, ME 5.1%. Interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Spiced with coriander and curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing, and slightly cloudy in appearance.
Farmhouse Ale. Chicago, IL 6.8%. Made by letting the yeast run wild without temperature control during the fermentation process. Crystal dry hopping creates a dry finish with a fruity bite.
Warrenville, IL 6.3%. Glowing golden color, with a subtle malt character. Big complex citrus and piney hop notes throughout.
Brooklyn Center, MN 4.5% Hell is not filtered and fermented with lager yeast. Hops take a back seat to the Pils Malt sweetness and fresh bread aroma. The color is well… hell (Deutsch for light).
Chicago, IL 5.8%. Intense hop aroma with a citrusy, floral, and fruity character. Color ranges from medium gold to medium reddish copper. A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong india pale ale.
Nirto Imperial Stout. Fort Bragg, CA 9%. The beer pours out with a frothy tan head that would make Starbucks envious. It’s loaded with chocolate and coffee aromas, some roasty notes and bready yeast.
